Pricing Information

Instant Quote:

Navigate to the product of your choice on the left side of the screen. Then start filling out the various options. At the end, the calculator on each product page breaks down your estimate with a base price for printing. It includes varnish, folding, and rush charges if you selected those options. Delivery, tax, and proofs that are “hard copy” are broken out separately.

Custom Quote:

Navigate to the last tab on the left side of the screen. Follow the instructions to obtain a custom quote.

Corrections:

Any alterations made to your electronic file and/or in response to changes indicated on your proof will be charged at $75/hour with a $25 minimum. This includes image replacement, re-sizing or repositioning and making text changes or corrections. If you make changes to the file yourself and upload a new file to us with your corrections, there is a $25 fee. We will check your file before beginning any work and notify you about alterations to get your approval before proceeding with the job.

Upon submission of your order, your credit card will be charged $25. This fee is not refundable except in rare cases when we are unable to meet your specifications or print the project.

Re-Orders:

For most orders there is no discount for re-ordering. Because most jobs are direct to plate and require no negatives, future re-orders require you to re-send your files. We will go through the same procedures to complete your re-order as we did on your original order. Books are an exception to this. Negatives are used to produce our books, so reprints with no changes, or very few changes will have a price savings for you. You will need to call or email us to get an accurate quote on the savings.

Software Issues:

For most orders, we require a High Resolution, Print-ready PDF that is properly prepared to print your order. Often, we can use other software files, but they may incur additional charges. We won’t know until we view your files. If there are any issues with your files, you would be notified before we proceed with the order.

Files that we can often use with good success are created in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Quark Express. Other files we frequently receive, but have mixed results, are Word and Publisher.

If your files are not Print-ready, but we have the ability to fix them, we charge $75.00 per hour. You would be provided with a quote, and we would only proceed if you approve the quote.
