How do I get my INSTANT PRICE?

You can obtain online pricing for most envelopes by going to the product pages and filling in the variables such as quantity, ink, paper, etc.. Your price will be displayed as soon as you click on the “Calculate” button. Online pricing is not available for the other products shown online, but can be obtained by any of the following options:

Will you charge me for getting an estimate?

No, there is no charge for estimates. Just fill in your information and click the Calculate button on any product page and you'll get an estimate instantly. You may also get a quote from the Custom page on our web site free of charge.

What charges do I incur upon submitting an order? When do I owe you the balance for my project?

When you submit your order, we charge $25 to your credit card. The remainder of the costs are charged to your credit card once you have signed off on a final proof and authorized us to proceed with printing. The $25 is non-refundable unless we decline to produce your job.

What does it cost to have you make changes to my files?

We charge $75/hour for changes and corrections with a $25 minimum. This includes all changes to your file set-up, color, formatting, layout or text as well as any image or file conversions (i.e., from RGB to CMYK).

What do you charge extra for?

The printing price in the Calculator gives a total cost for most aspects of your job - paper, ink, electronic proofs, film, make-ready and printing. Folding and coating options are also included in this price when you choose them. Added charges are itemized in the Calculator for hard copy proofs, rush delivery (anything faster than Regular service) and, in Illinois, sales tax.

Do you accept credit cards?

Credit cards are the only form of payment we accept, including American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Discover cards.

Can I send you a purchase order from my business?

No. The only form of payment we accept is credit cards.

If I cancel the job, how much of the cost am I responsible for?

If you cancel a job before signing off on the final proof, you will only be charged the initial $25 placed on your credit card upon submitting the order. If you cancel the job after signing off on the final proof, you are liable for all expenses for labor and materials incurred up to the time of our receiving written notification. Because of our quick turnaround times, this often translates into paying for the entire project. To cancel an order, send an e-mail to cancellations@printingyoucantrust.com.

Is there a discount if I re-order a job?

For most orders there is no discount for re-ordering. Because most jobs are direct to plate and require no negatives, future re-orders require you to re-send your files. We will go through the same procedures to complete your re-order as we did on your original order. Books are an exception to this. Negatives are used to produce our books, so reprints with no changes, or very few changes will have a price savings for you. You will need to call or email us to get an accurate quote on the savings.

Can I find out what the cost of my piece will be for different quantities?

Yes. Just complete the product estimate page and after Calculating for your first quantity, simply change the quantity and click the Calculate button again.
