Terms of Sale
For Book printing: Terms of payment will be determined in a written quotation for each job.
For all other items that are not books, unless otherwise specified: A $25 fee or 10% of the total cost of your order, whichever is greater, will be charged to your credit card upon submission of your order. The remainder of the costs, including shipping and handling, will be charged to your credit card upon approval of the final proof unless other terms have been mutually agreed upon. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit approval. No work will proceed on printing until payment is made. No refunds are given once your order has been printed, unless it is determined that we have produced a product that does not meet commercially acceptable standards.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted in writing up until we receive the final approved proof. Cancellations after the proof approval will result in your incurring any charges for labor and materials up to the point when we received your written notification. If the job is already printed by this time, you are liable for the full cost. If the job is cancelled and no work has been done yet, there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee.
We require a Print-ready PDF for all items we print. Other Print-ready files that we would consider accepting are InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Quark Express, but these files would need to be pre-approved by Printing You Can Trust to be deemed acceptable. Files that are not Print-ready may be fixed by Printing You Can Trust, if possible, for a fee of $75.00 per hour. We would not proceed with changes to your files without your knowledge and approval of the fee.
Orders placed after 10 am CST on any business day will begin production the following business day. This is true for file pre-flighting, proofs, corrections and printing. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Turnaround time begins with the receipt of your files, either electronically or on a disc. In the event that production schedules are not adhered to by the customer, delivery dates will change. We generally preflight files for new projects and produce a proof within 1-2 business days after receipt of the order. Book proofs usually take 3-5 working days. If there is a problem with your files or missing components, we will contact you in a reasonable amount of time. If corrections are needed and another proof is requested, that will take place within the normal proofing time frame after receiving your art file. Once you approve a final proof, printing will proceed in accordance with the production schedule agreed upon in your quote.
A custom quotation not accepted within 30 days may be changed. Prices on standard products that are published on our website are subject to change at any time. Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. PrintingYouCanTrust.com can re-quote a job at the time of file submission if the files, or other input materials do not conform to the original information on which the quote was based.
Please be sure to keep art files and job numbers in a safe place if you expect to reprint the job in the future. We make every effort to save your art files for a period of five years, but we cannot guarantee this because of the potential for computer failures, viruses, etc.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com retains intermediate materials until the project has been printed and accepted by the customer. PrintingYouCanTrust.com is not responsible for any loss or damage to stored matter beyond what is recoverable by PrintingYouCanTrust.com's fire and extended insurance policy.
Delays or Missed Deadlines
PrintingYouCanTrust.com is not responsible for delays caused by fire, water, strikes, theft, vandalism, war, riot, civil disorder, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God and other causes beyond our control. We also assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed, although we rarely miss a due date. An order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, strikes, illnesses, etc.
Delivery is quoted to one destination, unless otherwise stated, without storage, F.O.B. the customer's premises, to a commercial business, according to the shipping information supplied by the customer. PrintingYouCanTrust.com is not liable for shipping company delays, or international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our direct control. Our freight delivery times are based on estimates provided by our vendors and we do our best to select vendors we can rely on, but unexpected equipment failure, weather or technical problems may delay a shipment for which we cannot be held liable.
When a client provides a wrong address requiring re-delivery to a different address, the client is responsible for any delay, cost or other problems associated with shipping to the new address.
All delivery quotes noted as "dock delivery" assumes we can drop a skid on a dock, you have access to a forklift and can remove the skid from the truck. If you require us to use a truck with a lift gate or inside delivery, additional fees will be charged.
Customers are 100% responsible for the accuracy of their layouts and are encouraged to proof each job carefully. Customers are also 100% responsible for compliance with postal regulations and current mailing restrictions associated with postcards and mailers.
Electronic Manuscript or Image
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original art file. PrintingYouCanTrust.com is not responsible for accidental damage to media supplied by the customer. We make no claims or promises about our ability to work with jobs submitted until digital art files can be evaluated by PrintingYouCanTrust.com.
Any additional translating, editing or programming needed on customer-supplied files can be completed by the customer, or PrintingYouCanTrust.com will make the corrections (if we are able to) at the rate of $75/hour with a $25 minimum, . PrintingYouCanTrust.com will preflight all digital files received from the customer to determine if they are print-ready. This activity falls under the initial $25 processing fee for most jobs, which is not refundable. Book jobs require more time, and he non-refundable processing fee is determined by the amount of time spent, at a rate of $75/hour. If corrections are needed, we will contact you and give you the option of making the changes and sending us new files or having us make the changes.
Color Variations from the Proof
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between hard copy color proofs and the completed job is expected. When variations of this kind occur, it will be considered acceptable performance.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com makes no guarantee that the color you see on your computer monitor or a color printer will approximate your finished piece printed via the CMYK process. Wide variation in color spaces, technologies and calibrations of different monitors and printers may preclude an exact match. If you submit files that have images or text as RGB, PrintingYouCanTrust will convert these images to CMYK which will cause some colors to change.
Position of Printed Image on Small Envelopes
When printing on small envelopes such as our Coin, Tithe/Church Offering, Keycard/Credit Card, and also Remittance / Donation Envelopes, the printed image can fluctuate up to 1/8" in any direction throughout the run. Although we do our best to keep the fluctuation to a minimum, any envelope that has this fluctuation is considered within the realm of normal.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com normally provides customers with "soft proofs," which are electronic PDF files that show the final layout of the project, trim and fold locations and other information for the customer's review and approval. These proofs should only be considered an approximation of the final printed appearance. Your project will be produced to match the proofs as closely as possible, but are subject to standard industry deviations. Specifically, soft proofs provided by PrintingYouCanTrust should never be considered a fully accurate representation of color reproduction, due to the wide variety of hardware and software settings outside of our control.
By clicking the "Approve" button on the online proof approval system or providing any PrintingYouCanTrust.com representative with a written or verbal approval of the proof, you consent that you are providing the equivalent of an electronic signature indicating your approval of the proof. Changes after receipt of approval may result in additional fees.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com can offer hard copy proofs for an additional fee, but this is not included in your quote unless specifically listed. We cannot guarantee color matching or accuracy, even when hard copy proofs are ordered, unless a spot or Pantone color has been ordered.

PrintingYouCanTrust.com respectfully asks that files be fully proofread and checked for errors in content and design prior to submitting them. If the customer makes changes or corrections to the text, images or layout and has to submit new files to PrintingYouCanTrust.com, or if you require PrintingYouCanTrust.com to make the changes for you, additional time and or proofs may be billed at a rate of $75 per hour plus the cost of materials and shipping. PrintingYouCanTrust.com is not responsible for delays to the delivery schedule, including significant ones, which are the result of repeated customer changes. Customers will not be charged extra money for new proofs, or the time to fix them, which are the result of an error on our part. PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to make the sole and final decision as to what constitutes an error on its part.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com does not warrant that proof files provided to customers are error or virus free or free from malicious code or functionality.
Inks such as metallic or fluorescents are specialty inks that cost more money. These specialty inks are not included in the products we offer online. Specialty inks are also not included in Custom Quotes, unless specified as such. If your order comes in requesting these specialty inks, you will be notified of what the additional cost is, and have the option to proceed with or without the specialty inks.
Sales Tax, Currency and Fees
All payments will be denominated in U.S. dollars and subject to current conversion rates as determined by the issuing financial institution. Payments received from foreign accounts may be subject to transaction or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer, not PrintingYouCanTrust.com, shall be fully responsible for identifying and paying any and all taxes, import fees, tariffs, duty fees, GST, VAT or any other fees or charges levied by governmental or quasi-governmental bodies. Such fees are not included in any pricing unless specifically indicated on the accepted quotation. PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to charge the customer's payment method on file for any charges incurred related to the customer's project at any time, including after the project is completed. In some cases, PrintingYouCanTrust.com may submit or otherwise transfer such fees to a governmental or quasi-governmental body but is not responsible if such filing is lost, misdirected or rejected. If this occurs, customer may be responsible for paying the fee directly to the body in question. In such cases, PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to not issue a refund for the cost of such fees unless required by law.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com is required to collect sales and use tax on all orders shipped within the State of Illinois unless a valid sales and use tax exemption certificate is provided by customer and verified by PrintingYouCanTrust.com with proper authorities. There are also other states that require sales tax to be paid, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Links on the PrintingYouCanTrust.com website to third party sites are not under the control of PrintingYouCanTrust.com. We are not responsible for the contents or any linked site, any link contained in a linked site or any changes or updates to such sites. We are not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. PrintingYouCanTrust.com provides these links only as a convenience to customers and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the site by PrintingYouCanTrust.com.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com is committed to delivering quality printing in accordance with Industry Standards. Therefore, we guarantee that if your job has defects in workmanship or materials within our control or if we fail to follow your written instructions, we will reprint the job at our expense upon receipt of returned merchandise.
This guarantee does not apply to errors in customer-supplied digital files, including, but not limited to, poor or low resolution photographs or images,improper color model, missing fonts, defective file formats, incorrect copy or corrections that were not noted on your proof approval form. While we do strive to assure "pleasing color" standards, we cannot guarantee the printed piece will exactly match the colors on your screen or printer.
If you feel your final, printed job does not meet your specifications and that the error is due to a defect in workmanship or materials, you must notify PrintingYouCanTrust.com in writing within 10 business days of receipt of the printed pieces.
- Disclaimer of Express Warranties: Customer warrants that the work is as described in the order specifications. The customer understands that all sketches, copy, dummies and preparatory work shown to the customer are intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of the work. They are not intended to represent the actual work performed.
- Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: PrintingYouCanTrust.com warrants only that the work conforms to the description submitted with the order. PrintingYouCanTrust.com's maximum liability, whether by negligence, contract or otherwise, does not exceed the return of the amount invoiced for the work in dispute. Under no circumstances is PrintingYouCanTrust.com liable for specific, individual or consequential damages.
- PrintingYouCanTrust.com will not be responsible for re-printing or refunding money due to jobs we have printed using digital files supplied by clients (or files prepared by designers etc. on behalf of our client) which have low resolution images, photos, illustrations, text . We are also not liable for color shifts that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.
- Application of UV Coating, varnish or aqueous may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. PYCT is not liable for the final color appearance of a product using any of these coating applications.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold PrintingYouCanTrust.com, its subsidiaries,affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, vendors, partners, employees or assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees,made by a third party due to or arising out of content submitted, posted or transmitted through PrintingYouCanTrust.com.
The customer warrants that the subject matter to be reprinted is not copyrighted by a third party. Customers also recognize that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. Customers further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, customers agree to indemnify and hold PrintingYouCanTrust.com harmless for all liability, damages and attorney's fees that may be incurred if there is any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.
Customers also warrant that the work does not contain anything that is libelous or scandalous, or anything that threatens anyone's right to privacy or their personal or economic rights. Customers will, at their sole expense, promptly and thoroughly defend PrintingYouCanTrust.com in all legal actions on these grounds as long as PrintingYouCanTrust.com notifies customers of legal action and gives the customer reasonable time to undertake and conduct a defense. PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to use its discretion in refusing to print anything that it deems illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law.
Terms Relating to Subject Matter Content
PrintingYouCanTrust.com may decline to produce any order at any time and for any reason and without providing notice as to that reason. In the event an order is declined by PrintingYouCanTrust.com, a full refund will be issued.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com does not print pornography, obscenity or intensely violent, graphic or sexual images. Further, PrintingYouCanTrust.com will not print projects with excessive profanity or projects that contain content that attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, sex, gender or any other group protected by law or projects that contain purposefully misleading information.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com will not produce orders where the subject matter content may be forbidden, regulated or restricted by local, state, federal, or international laws. PrintingYouCanTrust.com cannot offer official advice or counsel on such matters and acceptance of any order by PrintingYouCanTrust.com does not signify any endorsement or certification that the content is or is not in violation of any laws or regulations.
In the event any order is seized by governmental or quasi-governmental bodies due to violation of international, national, state, provincial or local laws, the customer, and not PrintingYouCanTrust.com, is fully responsible for the materials, including the full cost of the materials and any fines or legal actions imposed. Orders returned to PrintingYouCanTrust.com due to violation of laws or regulations are not eligible for refunds.
Certain industries or professions may be required, by international, national, state, provincial or local law, to list certain licensing, certification or registration information on printed materials. PrintingYouCanTrust.com is not responsible for determining if such listings are required or recommended and cannot offer advice or counsel on the subject. Further, PrintingYouCanTrust.com is not responsible for the omission of any such listings.
Credit or Debit Card Payments
By entering or providing PrintingYouCanTrust.com with your credit or debit card number and related billing information, you consent that this equates to an electronic signature that authorizes PrintingYouCanTrust.com to charge your account immediately, as well as any future additional charges or penalties.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to retain your credit card number and related billing information and to charge it, without notice or additional authorization, for any additional fees, charges or penalties levied per any policy listed in the terms and conditions or for additional products or services requested by customer.
If you initiate a chargeback against PrintingYouCanTrust.com and the dispute is eventually decided in PrintingYouCanTrust.com's favor by the financial institution, we reserve the right to charge you a fee to cover the costs associated with the chargeback, which include, but are not limited to, penalties levied against us by the credit card issuer and for the time spent by our staff to research and resolve the issue.
If paying via debit card, please be aware that your card may have a temporary authorization or "hold" placed on it. This charge will be returned to you subject to your financial institution's policies, which PrintingYouCanTrust.com has no control over. PrintingYouCanTrust.com is not responsible for such temporary charges or any penalties incurred because of them. To avoid this situation, pay with a credit card rather than a debit card or ensure you have adequate funds in the account linked to the debit account.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com may, as a courtesy, split the total cost of an order among multiple credit or debit cards or separate charges by a predetermined amount of time if requested by the customer. The customer must provide clear, written instructions that identify the cards to be used, the corresponding amount to be charged to each card and the date the charge should be initiated. Orders will not be processed until the total amount due has been successfully charged. Terms Relating to Check Payments
Returned checks are subject to the maximum fee allowed by law. Checks may be converted to an electronic payment, meaning the funds may leave your account immediately. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, the account balance is due immediately via credit card, U.S. Postal Service money order or certified cashier's check. PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to permanently revoke check paying privileges to any customer for any reason. Terms Relating to Open Accounts
Open accounts are subject to approval. Accounts are net 30 days, or whatever terms have been determined, and subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). Accounts with past due balances will not be permitted to place orders until the balance is paid in full.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to print additional copies of a customer's project at its cost, without notice or compensation to customer, and use those copies as samples to be shared with potential or existing customers, including in public forums. PrintingYouCanTrust.com may, at its sole discretion, modify a customer's project for this purpose. PrintingYouCanTrust.com will mark such samples as "not for retail sale" but cannot be responsible for the sale or trade of the sample once it is out of its possession. PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to utilize, without compensation, a customer's name, both personal or organizational, on lists of clients provided to potential or existing customers, including in public forums. PrintingYouCanTrust.com may also use photographs or other graphical representations of customer projects as examples provided to potential or current customers, including in public forums. By printing with PrintingYouCanTrust.com, you are granting PrintingYouCanTrust.com a perpetual, transferable, royalty free and exclusive right to use samples of your project, your name and images of your project for the purpose of marketing printing goods or services.
If customer does not wish to have a particular project used as a sample or example or does not wish for his or her name or organization's name to appear on customer lists, the customer must provide written notice to PrintingYouCanTrust.com at the time of order. If notice is given later, PrintingYouCanTrust.com may have already incurred the expense of producing sample copies and reserves the right to distribute any copies printed prior to customer's notice.
As with all forms of commercial manufacturing, there is a chance that a small portion of an order may contain defective units. As long as more than 95% of delivered copies are not defective (defect rate of under 5%), the order shall be considered complete. If the defect rate is more than 5%, PrintingYouCanTrust.com may issue a prorated refund proportional to the number of defective items or reprint and ship, at its cost, additional copies equal to or greater than the number of damaged items. PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to opt to issue a prorated refund, rather than reprinting, on any order, but especially those where only a small portion of items are damaged. PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to request documentation of any or all defects as a condition of refund or reprinting and to fully investigate claims it believes to be fraudulent or unfounded. PrintingYouCanTrust.com cannot be responsible for any losses, direct or consequential, that result from the failure to deliver non-defective products by a certain date.
Quotations and Change Orders
PrintingYouCanTrust.com guarantees the product price and delivery fees listed on all quotations issued by PrintingYouCanTrust.com for a period of 30 calendar days from the date indicated on the written quotation for the party and project named, even if published prices or its costs change. In order for the quotation to be valid, all specifications must remain identical to the quotation provided and the order must be from the party and project named on the quotation. Any change to any aspect of the quoted specifications, customer name or project name or description will cause the entire original quotation to be rendered void and PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to adjust pricing to current rates, including pricing on aspects not directly affected by the change requested by customer. PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to completely decline to print any project at any time for any reason, including quotations that are still valid. PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to correct quotations that are the result of typographical or technical errors.
Quotations from PrintingYouCanTrust.com are considered confidential and privileged communication between customer and PrintingYouCanTrust.com and may not be shared with any third parties or published in any form without written permission from PrintingYouCanTrust.com.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to charge customers for increases in government imposed fees, taxes, tariffs, duty fees or other fees or costs imposed by governmental or quasi-governmental bodies.
If customer wishes to make changes to an order after accepting a quotation, a written change order must be submitted and accepted by PrintingYouCanTrust.com. Verbal quotations and change order requests are never guaranteed.
In some cases, PrintingYouCanTrust.com may provide a written or verbal "budgetary estimate" for a customer. The prices listed on such estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to final adjustment or change.
After an order is placed, the customer must provide a timely response to all PrintingYouCanTrust.com email messages, telephone calls or other communications. Customer acknowledges that failing to provide timely responses to inquiries can significantly delay the production process and delivery window.
In the event PrintingYouCanTrust.com does not receive communication from customer for 14 or more calendar days, the project will be considered abandoned, all funds received forfeited by customer and PrintingYouCanTrust.com may, at its sole discretion, decide whether to resume the order or not.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com requests that, if more than one person or organization is involved in the project, that the customer appoint a single point of contact who is readily available to answer questions from PrintingYouCanTrust.com and who is authorized to make decisions about the project. If contact person will be unavailable for more than 24 hours, customer should inform PrintingYouCanTrust.com and provide an alternate contact person, who will be considered the main point of contact until customer informs PrintingYouCanTrust.com otherwise. However, PrintingYouCanTrust.com may consider directives issued by any involved person or organization to be final and binding and act upon those, with customer being fully responsible for any charges, fees, delays or other consequences of that directive.
If PrintingYouCanTrust.com has alerted customer, via email or telephone of potential issues with the files provided for a project and customer does not respond within 7 calendar days, PrintingYouCanTrust.com may, at its sole and final discretion, print the project "as is," which will typically result in less than ideal results and will void customer's right to refund or reprint.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com reserves the right to determine the contact method for any and all client contact that it deems, in its sole and final opinion, to be the most effective, even if client requested particular contact method. PrintingYouCanTrust.com may also change how it contacts customers at any time and without notice. Customers are required to maintain a valid and working email account and telephone number for the duration of the project. All customers consent to electronic notification for any and all client communications. PrintingYouCanTrust.com is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected messages or messages inadvertently flagged as "spam" or junk. For the duration of the project, customer should carefully monitor his or her voicemail box, as well as all folders in his or her email account, including "spam" or junk mail folders and provide a timely response to any inquiries from PrintingYouCanTrust.com representatives. It is the customer's responsibility to return any and all messages left by PrintingYouCanTrust.com.
Warranties, Indemnification and Limitations on Your Right to Recover
This section contains important limitations to your rights to recover damages from PrintingYouCanTrust.com in the event of a dispute.
You Indemnify PrintingYouCanTrust.com and its Agents
You shall indemnify and hold harmless PrintingYouCanTrust.com and its agents against all claims arising out of or related to your breach of this agreement. You shall indemnify PrintingYouCanTrust.com and its agents against all claims arising out of or related to any content you submitted for printing. You shall pay reasonable legal fees and expenses in connection with the above indemnification. PrintingYouCanTrust.com's agents include its directors, officers, shareholders and employees.
Your Warranty of Non-Infringement
You warrant that you are either the owner of all rights in material you submit to PrintingYouCanTrust.com, or that you are authorized by the owner of the material to print or distribute material you submit to PrintingYouCanTrust.com for processing. You further warrant that your intended use of such material will not infringe any right of the owner of such material.
Disclaimer of Warranties of Functionality of the Website
PrintingYouCanTrust.com disclaims any warranty that your use of the website will be uninterrupted,timely, secure or free from error. PrintingYouCanTrust.com disclaims any warranty that information on the PrintingYouCanTrust.com website will be accurate or reliable. PrintingYouCanTrust.com disclaims any warranty that defects in the website will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
You use this website and PrintingYouCanTrust.com products and services at your own risk. PrintingYouCanTrust.com will not be liable for damages arising from or related to your use of the PrintingYouCanTrust.com website or from your use of products purchased via the PrintingYouCantrust.com website, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict product liability or any other theory of damages, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
As the exclusive means of resolving any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement, you may submit any such dispute to arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its commercial arbitration rules, and you consent to any such dispute being so submitted. Judgment on the award rendered in any such arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com is entitled to recover from you reasonable costs and attorney's fees it may expend in representing itself in a dispute with you arising out of or relating to this agreement, whether such dispute is adjudicated in a court or arbitrated.
Any claim you may have against PrintingYouCanTrust.com arising out of or related to this agreement is barred if not initiated within one year of the act that you claim caused the damage that leads to the dispute, irregardless of when such act or such damage is discovered.
General Agreement Clauses
The following clauses address miscellaneous issues that may arise during the existence of this contract.
Assignment of Rights and Delegation of Duties
You may not assign the rights granted to you by this agreement or delegate the duties assigned to you by this agreement without PrintingYouCanTrust.com's prior written consent. In the event you attempt to assign your rights or delegate your duties, any purported assignment or delegation is void.
PrintingYouCanTrust.com may assign the rights granted in this Agreement or delegate the duties it assumes under this Agreement at any time without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
No provision in this Agreement may be waived. Neither trade usage nor a course of dealings between PrintingYouCanTrust.com and you will operate as a waiver of a provision of this agreement.
The laws of the State of Illinois, County of Lake, without regard to its law about the conflict of laws, governs this agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it.
This document, and the documents linked to from it, constitute the sole expression of your agreement with PrintYouCanTrut.com. The provisions of this agreement cannot be explained or modified orally or through evidence of trade usage or a course of dealings. No provisions of this agreement may be added or deleted orally or through evidence of trade usage or a course of dealings.
If any provision of this agreement is judged unenforceable the remaining provisions of this agreement remain in full force, if the essential terms of this agreement remain enforceable.
The courts in the State of Illinois, County of Lake, either Federal Courts or State Courts, are the only venues in which a suit arising out of or related to this agreement may be adjudicated, with the exceptions that judgment on an award in arbitration of this agreement may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
